some spirits are naughty. they can stress you out and make you schizophrenic and paranoid and guilty and make you angry and think bad thoughts and have anxiety and say things you regret. those kind are good for nothing. they are real too just like good ones.

@PaulHughesBarlow Like it or not, Spirits, like people, come in different flavours so advising people not to label them is just wrong. God is a Spirit, read the Bible. Devils that come in the form of diseases are evil.

@cetnikz The whole idea of the non-contextual reality he's talking about here though is that in this space "light" and "dark" don't exist in opposition to each other in the way we percieve them. Playing around with contacting spirits can be dangerous if you dive into it without the proper protections, which is why it's good to develop relationships with spirit guides when doing this kind of work.

I think there are many circumsances people find themselves in which allow them to have more accessability to "non-contextual reality" (I've not heard that term before but I like it). Aspergers/autism has also been mentioned, but also I think transgender and gender queer people can find this also - we disrupt the binary ideas that most people build their concepts of the world on and therefore find it much easier to see these divisions for what they truly are.
