  • I just adore you~

  • Thank You Sadie.

  • Thanks for the fantastic instruction. Quick question if i may: in warrior 2, what's the proper alignment for people like me who are not flexible enough to fully square their hips and whose front knee collapses in? Is the priority more on the front leg being well aligned (therefore letting the back hip coming forward slightly), or is the priority on trying to square the hips (and therefore letting some mild collapsing of the front knee)? Many thanks

  • Thank you so much for your very clear instruction on the warrior poses! For the first time I truly understand the difference between the warriors and the lunges. And how to execute them correctly and unharmed.

  • thank you

  • Thank you so much for such good instruction.

  • Awesome!

  • This is so great Sadie! These postures & stretches will help with my martial arts in stances(kamae) and range of movements(tai sabaki) when moving through stances during the kata & waza. I will share this with my facebook friends, many of them can benefit too from this video.

  • Your instructions are very clear, and concise. Great tutorials! x
