i presum what is the powder. In pharmacy you can find a plant, the valeriana. humans use it for sleep. cats are excited and very well when they smell this plant. but this plant is the nightmare for herborists because the odour is very special. when i make some caps of valeriana we open the window and two cats ofen visit us!!!! (i 'm pharmacist).
