(Part two) Bottom line, if you're gonna use the word, ya need to be careful of WHO you say it to, WHAT the context is, and WHERE you are. If you're in a middle of a sophisticated seminar, regarding the struggles of African Americans, I probably wouldn't say the word "nigga" too loud. >_>

(Part one) Damn, he spoke the 100% truth. What he said about the elderly too, is exactly how I feel. Like, I wouldn't use the word around my grandparents, because to them, any word that sounds like "nigger", brings back a whole lotta memories for them, and a whole lotta history, and pain. So instead of tryna explain myself, I don't use it around them. But for other members of my family, or people that are real close to me, I know it ain't gon' offend them, so I'll use it.

@soulestial yessir. ascension is more than mental its spiritual! we let our culture get in the way of the bigger picture of what it needs to be about. its not about niggas. its about helping your fellow man become the best human he can be. i love KRS-ONE and he drops KNOWLEDGE......but I disagree with him 100% on this one.

@chillbrotha01 because misery loves company.lol some ppl have just made the mental choice not to change and so they can't. I am still struggling with it myself. sometimes it comes out because of slackness and habbit. It takes mental practice and effort. to change what u have perceived to be nattural and indeed have become natural. It's like going celibate. I am glad you have ascended...It helps testify that it can be done. but...it is a choice.
@4RealandTruth You know what, it's clear that you're not trying to seek knowledge from this video, you just want to argue a "point". Because the fact that you responded the way that you did and the fact that you even asked that question in the first place lets me know that you don't understand oppression. So instead of going back in forth with you on something that you'll, obviously never, understand, I'll just pray that sometime in THIS life you receive understanding and get over it. Peace.
