Hello I'm Dan Gray from Surrey BC.
My Question is, is it a fun car to Drive?
Please e-mail me at moneyworks@live.com

I have a Mini Cooper S, and cannot drive in the snow that well. The all new Countryman S All Wheel Drive is something I can drive in snow, cross the mountains, and has more room.

@RomaniaMoldova Where are you getting $42000 from? Maxed out including destination charges you're still sub $40k. Base models start from $26000.

-
eh this is the 2011 model that's why you're testing it in jan 2010.

@The1860th the USA model gets screwed as you can only get 4 seats.europe gets the 5 seat and diesel
-
@pharmd718 Maybe Mini got smart and realized that they want to market a smaller car that appealed to more than 0.9 percent of the market.

i will get one soon...
looks great...
@DocWolph: This car is intended for people who "get it" and you don't. Critizing this vehicles off-road ability is like saying "look another useless Jeep 4x4 that's built like a toolbox and can't go around a corner, if you want a precision road car buy a BMW". Well duh!

@DocWolph: LOL I couldn't care less about a thumbs up/down. If you live anywhere where there are narrow roads or small parking spaces, big vehicles are a royal PITA. If you live anywhere with hills and snow or like to travel logging roads or mountain passes in winter, you only need a good all wheel drive system and a bit more ground clearance to get where you are going. This is the market Mini is going after. A sport wagon like Audi's are a good option too yes.
