with 60 yrs watching pro wrestling i am a harsh critic. but this is a beautiful piece of work. perfect contrast of ring personas. king is not only hot, but in a sweat he's sizzling. these wrestlers know 'the play is the thing', drawing the fans in rather than drawing attention to themselves. the action flows flawlessly. beautifully.
We thought Greg King made a stupendous showing in this matchup against Kid Nikels. We savored every moment of this bout becoming more and more astounded at King's skill and versatility with every move he made. The final bell was more of an agravation than anything else-- ending our enjoyment of watching this very talented young wrestler's artistry.
Andell1, Your comment reminds me of how turned on I have been when watching matches that featured 2 "scientific" wrestlers, and at the beginning of the match the announcers are saying things like, "this should be a serious, evenly fought battle," but then one or both of them gradually get pissed off at each other and begin to wrestler more and more viciously. For some reason that scenario often gets me more turned on than a match in which the studs are mean from the get-go.
I know that some people get turned on by wrestlers with vicious attitudes, but damn, I gotta admit, a friendly, smiling young muscular stud in speedos like Greg King, extending his hand in good sportsmanship before the match, gets me turned on twice as much... and watching him get worked over by the nasty heel doesn't exactly hinder my stiffness, either...

I agree...and Greg King is an absolute stud!!!
But I must admit, I enjoyed seeing him work over Nikels and ultimately wanted to see him beat him!
Still though, love everything about this match, including the low key commentary!
