@akirapills767, you are very accurate in your response of why some people get "weirded out" by this, it is actually the same thing that occurs when people are afraid of clowns, because it is "like" human and yet "not human" its a grotesque version of human, like a clowns exageratted features being so like us and yet fucked up, :)
