Scuttle Buttin' (Cover) - Stevie Ray Vaughan

Of course I had to do a cover of the great Stevie Ray Vaughan!
Though in the last 15 years I barely listened to him, in my teens I was totally crazy about him.

Again not perfect, was lagging a bit but after 8 takes I called it quits.

Same guitar as my last two vids. A Squier JV from '83 with US Fullerton pups.
This guitar is for sale and belongs to a guy named Chris who is absolutely obsessed with JVs. (with good reason)

Great video buddy, how long did it take you to master this riff? ive been trying but so far im getting nowhere :( you got any practice tips or anything? it would be most appreciated :)

about a month of practice, 30 mins a day. you can use time stretch in any audio software to slow it down. make several files from 50%, 60%, 75% until you reach normal speed. slowly build it up, start the faster edits only when you are comfortable with the slower ones. hope that helps:) cheers
