At last the 'Q6'! '7F' 53809 & 'Q6' 63395 double-head the 10:35 train to Pickering, emerging from Grosmont tunnel.
The lovely Beth from Embsay is seen waving to her friends on the footplate as the train passes the NELPG shed.
The last time I filmed the LNER loco was here in 1970! By the time I had video equipment in 1983 it had ceased to run. Thanks to the volunteers of NELPEG it is now back in commission. (I am just an 'armchair' member).
