Im glad to see that in the new film they made sure not to dress him as they did in that awful movie from 1990 which was so bad it went straight to video as it was in those days , I remember seen that movie as a kid and just thinking how bad it was , I watched it again recently and it's aged worse than Charlie Sheen , Marvel should bin it so it never sees the light of day agin .

If the hollywood is eager to do black comic characters, I would love to see the Green Lantern done with a black actor based on the John Stewart Green Lantern story. Also they really need to do the Marvel character Black Panther with the actor who played Eko on Lost, that would be awesome.

I am glad that they aren't making him black in the movie. I am not racist, I just hate it when they go and fuck up classic characters to appease different social groups and make it " P C ". Even though DareDevil sucked ass I was ok with MCD as the Kingpin, because there really aren't any white actors that are physically built like him that can also act well. The reallity is that there are plenty of great black comic characters out there that if done right could be great movies.

ive been fuck up this hole time justic and his bro were in a project to recreate rebirth but it was Isaiah Bradley there father who was one of the frist to go through project rebirth(in the 1920s) making the first "black" captian america the two brothers when through a project called weapon I which later developed in to weapon x, so one brother when on to be justic the other black captian america who fatherd patriot who became the apprentice of the defrosted steve rogers thats the short version

@boogysplit yes the frist cap marval made was white back in the 40s but later on marval made a pre-cap solider of the super solider serum but the project failed and he became justice father to patriot how is a kind of sidekick to white cap, patriot(carrys caps old shiled) is better known from civil wars, so there would have been a black cap if the project didnt fail please do a littel research on the characters i named before puting me on blast.........Thanks
