ghost?

Ghost caught on tape?: Recently I've been waking up to noises in my bedroom hallway upstairs. I figured it was a rat or mouse scurrying around because no one else is living here. I decided to set up a camera to record my room when I was away at work and I thought that I could capture the rodent on video or what ever was making the noise. I came back after work around 10:45 pm. the camera was recording from around 1pm to 11pm just after I got home from work. I reviewed the video about 3 days later, just skipping through each hour of video to see if there was anything on the video to explain the noises and there was nothing that i could. but after a couple passes through the very long video I noticed this blip on the video. I'm not sure what it is. A video glitch or something, but it freaked me out!

I don't believe my house it 'haunted' but may possess lost spirits if you will. I doubt they're evil or mean any harm. They quite possibly may be my ancestors who lived in this house before me because its a family house.
