confusion at Mumbai Airport

while trying to buy a ticket back home there was a guard shouting at a guy who hadnt stopped to show his passport.

the guy told the guard that he'd already done that and that "you sent me to the other way and now you tell me that its to the opposite way. you are here to serve us, not to make fun."
