*grin* We need to move beyond a labor based society, technology has rendered the majority of labor obsolete, the average job is subservience to a work place monarch and means cooperating in a world of maximized immorality and greed, working shouldn't be something we admire under the current system, workers are slaves their very means of survival held captive by their employers.

We need to move towards a society where workers own the work place & people work because they want, like in Mondragon.

School in the west is designed to destroy the human mind, to put it in a box and condition it to obedience and repetition, to create autonomous worker drones that can be shaped into whatever the state and the business elite who control the board of education and decided on the design of the western school (based on either the church or the factory) desired.

One way it's different from work is that you're not producing, you are the product, in little batches with others in your age group.
