Delta Airlines Business Elite to Tokyo - Most Expensive First Class Offered on Delta

At a cost $11,669.20 (USD) round trip PLUS taxes and fees this is the most expensive flight I have ever taken. This is Delta Airlines Most expensive class offered, Business elite, from Atlanta GA to Tokyo Japan. Only flew since I work for Delta and it was free.

@usc5442 the airbag is there so that if there is impact during an emergencies, it will inflate, protecting you from the indentation in the seat

This is business class! Same layout as Cathay Pacific, Air Canada's business that I been on before. For $11,000 I can sit in first class on almost any airlines.............!

Why do you people keep telling people to fly on other airlines? You don't earn Skymiles that way. Someone flying to Japan is going to want their skymiles and their MQM miles. If you fly different airlines for everything, you won't earn status on any of them.

People usually don't buy these seats themselves. They seats are given away as free upgrades to PM and GM. Also, they can be charged to the company dime. 11k isn't a lot to a CEO or president.

$11.000 WTF ? i can fly from London to New York, stay in 5 stars hotel in NY for 3 nights, and fly back to London again with that amount of money.
