@monkeris I've gained some weight... in the gym I think I was 198lbs that day, including the gym clothes and shoes I was wearing. A week before I was 202lbs in the gym (with gym clothes and shoes) but I didn't keep my calories up and I also got sick a couple of days ago and ate almost nothing.
I think that in the morning I'd be about 192 or 193 nude. Most of the weight I gained was fat though, so I'll be able to cut it back down to 180 pretty easily once I get my strength up to a higher level.
daaamn :D pretty strong I would say .what's your body weight?
