Hey, Frank Miller's The Spirit movie is actually a great film which didn't deserve to be unmercilessly slammed and dismissed as garbage by most of the general populace during it's theatrical release. When placed in perspective - and home video, and television, does that so, so well - people are realizing just how uniquely weird and wonderful that film is. I would like this Spirit film to be released on home video as well.

Yes, aired on ABC in 1987 (made-for-TV, with the low budget to match). Starred Sam Jones of Flash Gordon fame.
