@taylorjohson they made the mistake of moving the show to thursdays. As a result, the show plummeted in the ratings. For the following season, 80-81 season, ABC moved it back to tuesdays in its old time slot after Happy Days. They bounced back in the ratings but now as well as in the previous seasons.
