Ghostrider - Midnight Club Los Angeles - bike bug

Was just free roaming when I had an accident, respawned but my bike had no rider and the body was still on the floor. I tried differen't ways of crashing to see if it would fix itself but it didnt work (even after the video ended I crashed several more times and was arrested a couple more times as well).

two things can you get out or off your ride and get cought by cops?

no this is just racing, you are in/on your vehicle (be it bike or car) at all times - except for bugs like above or when you fall off due to an accident on a bike (respawn with rider on the bike again - usually :P)

A wheelie? To do a wheelie you use the weight transfer button and pull back on the stick) ... this was filmed using the PS3 version so I think by default its L1 button, then pull down on the left analogue stick and keep it going longer by using sixaxis motion to balance it.

your lieing the character you play as isnt meant to be walking it wasnt installed in the game it just flashes and your back on hes not supposed to walk so your a lier or you saw the hidden pedestrian who looks exactly like you ( i found that once but its rare)
