Abigail having a pretty decent fit. She doesn't stay in her car seat. I had to pull over. She had been screaming for awhile. Her older sister sitting next to her has high functioning autism. At the start of the clip you can see the older one hitting her own lap. Later, she bites her shoe. The older girl is usually calm, but gets upset with her younger sister, and for good reason.

  • @NoahDeathbreeze Hi, it is hard. I am a parent, not a kid, and it is hard everyday. My oldest daughter is 12, and she is very frustrated. She can't keep the younger two out of her stuff, even using locks and keeping things in secret places and up high. She has so much more responsibility than other 12 year olds. I couldn't even imagine being her age and having to deal with what I deal with as an adult. She is to the point where she is grumpy and mad most of the time for the past 3 years.

  • @NoahDeathbreeze Talk to your parent(s). One thing I did recently was to have a company come to my home with 2 therapists a week and the insurance pays for it. The 2 people are a behavioral therapist and a counselor. They take the two oldest ones to the park, Braums, etc. to talk and hang out. They go around the yard with them and talk to them and now my oldest seems sometimes to be feeling better. I don't ask the therapist what they say. It is very helpful to have someone to talk to.

  • @NoahDeathbreeze Even if no one can come to your home, you could see a counselor outside of the home. If that isn't an option, there are pastors who would talk to you for free, or a school counselor if you don't have a pastor. There is a lot of stressed involved being around this type of behavior every day. I know first hand just like you do. I'm sorry that you have to go through this. Neither of us chose this road, but we both must drive it. :)

  • @NoahDeathbreeze One more thing. It is very important for you to have time to yourself. My two oldest girls go to my parents house each weekend and get a break. :)
