Does the name Wurlitzer sound to you?

When I say jukebox I MEAN jukebox, with vinyl singles and all the stuff. Even the coins you have to buy at the bars in order to make the thing play the records. It´s part of the vintage trend started in the 80s.

As I said, it seems you don´t get out very often lately.

A juke box is a mechanical, coin operated record player.. Calling something else a juke box does not make it a juke box anymore than branding a motor vehicle "Jeep" make it a jeep. Nether are Chocolate Flavored Donuts actually made with Chocolate. Just because something sits in a bar and can be programmed on a chip to play a series of video clips with a sound track does not mean it is a juke box.

Nowadays jukeboxes are a regular piece of furniture at any Rock´n´Roll themed pub, just as pool tables or dart targets.
