Lolz I'm British and I have to say most people I know are really nice. I just really wish I met someone like this receptionist though. I wish I was part American though. That would be fun ^_^

Receptionists in Britain are like this, especially in public sector services like doctor's surgeries, dentists, swimming pools and council offices. Why? Because they have no training, are generally of low intelligence and their jobs are protected by employment and union laws.Just ask for the manager if they start displaying ideas above their station.

This is great. I'm going to use it in a customer service lesson. Thanks for uploading it. Best customer service in US is on Pine Ridge Indian reservation - they are great. The rest of them aren't bad though, and UK is getting better - we are trying hard
