This is an excellent video. The speaker is casual yet eloquent. Her tips are well articulated and insightful. Great help video for those not understanding their value or a person from a different culture values. Relevant to all times.

Speaking of diversity, linguists keep on expressing their concern about certain world’s languages disappearing due to assimilation processes, which, they claim, reduces cultural diversity. Ironically enough, no people of consequence or political influence and no public institutions have voiced their concern about European nations losing their racial identity as a result of non-European mass immigration! The criminality of this absurdity consists in the constant promotion of ‘multi-culturalism’.
