I think they should make some sort of cellphone inhibitor that doesn't allow people make calls/text while in their vehicles, wouldn't this solve the problem?

guys, teens are pretty dumb. Almost all of em have a unlimited plan talk text. So ****ing talk! do the talk! you can say words faster than texting! or, just give the phone to your friends! who agrees?

Most citizens driving in our city (pop: 88K) are on their cell phone.The ONLY Law we have is 'You can't talk on your phone if you're within a School Block'.Other than that everybody driving a vehicle in my city (including Police) are TALKING on the Phone.I haven't heard of any Law to prevent this. Me (& my kids that drive) are the very few number in our city that don't TALK on their phone while driving a vehicle. Outlaw all phone use in vehicles!
