me messin around and hitting the heavy bag. check out my other vids to see what happens when i actually hit a person whos triying to hit me back. unlike some of these guys who hit the heavy bag and think their tough, but are to scared to sparr or fight. rate and comment all my vids.

@RedRaider8493 i made this video over 5 years ago. the punching bag doesent hit back so im not hiting it the way i actually fight. if you watch my most current video sparring gets serious part 2, thats me at 90% of my capabiletys. if you watch it count how many times i get hit. thats a tipical fight for me ive never been k.oed and all my real fights dont last more than 3 minutes before i k.o or submit my oponent. thanx for your tips though.

Your punches are extremely bad

your throwing way too wide

you have no set up to your cross and hooks

your throwing bombs to show off <== very bad

you keep your head exposed way too much- simple jab will break your defenses easy

you need to analyze this video and work on your form, set ups, and delivery
