all animal training is based on conditional reflexes. Go and ask any professional trainer if you don't have such knowledge. Both my cats can do tricks without asking for treats anymore.

not sure why you say so!!...My cats feeded normally twice a day and those treats they just love it and that's why they perform tricks at their will...no punishment or anything is needed. All you need to train cat or dog is patience and lot of love!!
