LYRICS:
Memory comes when memory's old
i am never the first to know
following this stream up north
where do people like us float?

there is room in my lap
for bruises, asses, handclaps
i will never disappear
for forever, i'll be here

whispering
morning keep the streets empty for me
morning keep the streets empty for me

i learned to not eat the snow
my fur is hot, my tongue is cold
on a bed of spider web
i think about to change myself

a lot of hope in one man tent
there's no room for innocence
so take me home before the storm
velvet mites will keep us warm

whispering
morning keep the streets empty for me
morning keep the streets empty for me

whispering
morning keep the streets empty for me
morning keep the streets empty for me

uncover our heads and reveal our souls
we were hungry before we were born
uncover our heads and reveal our souls
we were hungry before we were born
uncover our heads and reveal our souls
we were hungry before we were born
uncover our heads and reveal our souls
we were hungry before we were born

  • really like this song!

  • i love this music the movie is pretty

  • isn't this the voice of "the knive"?

  • in the movie the wolf isn't even scary. I love the love story behind it though! and i am in love with the music!~!!

  • I love this song ! So good , such a great movie too :)

  • it even makes sense if she's singing "I'm laying down eating snow". Wolves sometimes eat snow if they're hunting, so the prey can't see the "dust" (or however to call it in english) when they're breathing.

and, by the way, I fucking love the whole soundtrack :D

  • Sounds like the Knife... is it the same lead singer?

  • Amazing song, perfect for the movie <3

  • EARGASM!!!!!!!!!!!!

  • @Julehln you are not hearing it INSTEAD of "i learned to not eat the snow". She ACTUALLY sings "i'm lying down eating snow", no matter what the lyrics say. :-)
