Good video. I am going to start working out with your videos 2-3 times a week and see. Do you think if I start out without the weight s )for the upperbody one)getting comfortable with the movements I will be ok. I build muscle way to quick in my arms and I really need to lose some volume first.

@nakinok From what I've heard to stay leaner you need low weight longer repetitions.
Try it without the weight, see how it is

Tonya girl you gotta do some weight training to get rid of the saggyness. like..... if your sagging on ur arms.... do bicep curls and tricep curls and stuff like that. if your sagging on your belly.... do alotta ab workouts to tighten your mid section. like leg raises, sit ups, or any abdominal workouts that include weights cud eliminate the saggyness. but you look GOOD!... with your results, your my motivation =)

@charms937 Unfortunately the only way to blast fat is Cardio... And the tweaking of insulin levels by avoiding foods which spike your levels and cause you to store fat.... Weight training will build muscles UNDER the fat. You have to metabolize your fat through the natural devices of your internal body. Get your heart pumping & your body to use the fat.
