He trips over a ton of words! I can see it's like forgetting the answers to a test. Communication has become tough for him since words walk through so much molasses. I feel bad for him.
Non-fluent aphasia - Brocas area, not Wernickes aphasia which is fluent and non-sensical.
Is a problem with production of speech, the co-ordination and articulation rather than comprehension and processing of speech.
Isnt stuttering the prolongnation or repetition of the same syllable or word?

Guys, this is STUTTERING not Aphasia. The guy is not forgetting words but rather stuck in them.
