A true story about a successful TV star who meets again with his old school professor sixteen years after promising 'to keep in touch'. Mitch has given up a career as a jazz painist to take a lucrative but unfulfilling career as a sports reporter. When Morrie, Mitch's former professor, discovers he is terminally ill, he decides to contact Mitch and teach him a few lessons about life...

  • every second of this story makes me feel so sad yet it opens my mind in the reality of life <3

  • Mitch looks like he wants to burst into tears every second he's with morrie, but at the end he does, and so do I

  • My sociology teacher in high school reminds me so much of morrie :)

  • I used to have a teacher similar to morrie best teacher ever...and its weird when he says the touching part lol

  • Aria sung during massage scene is "Si Mi Chiamamo Mimi" from Puccini's La Boheme.

    Later in the movie during one of the care taking scenes they play "O Mio Babbino Caro" from Puccini's Gianni Schicchi.
