Visit my blog @ http://myracingpigeons.blogspot.com/ Taken the afternoon shift, Pigeons mate for life they also share in the sitting of the eggs, and raising their young. The male pigeon will sit the eggs from about 10:00 am - 4:pm every day then when the eggs hatch he will share in the feeding of the babies this is one of may male Rollers

  • @RromaBoi you should keep them for couple weeks at least then let them out but don't chase m to fly unless they do it on their own..even so they still may take off if they been flying a lot @ previous owner.. good luck

    rollers usually stay around where ever they are.

  • Hey quick question, a friend of mine bought me a pair of BRs at 2007 cock and a 2009 hen, he didn't know how old they are since he doesn't know much about birds and being new to BRs I didn't know if I would have to keep them like prisoner birds like Homers or if they will learn to accept the kit box I have them in. Any info would be great. Btw i know the age and breed due to them being banded.
