  • why would you put the bottom one upside down?

wouldn't it be easier just to switch the + and - wires at one of the speakers?

  • Not a good idea!, the cabs are designed this way. never mess with the cables inside! j

  • Not strictly true regarding magnet size Johnathan,it wont effect the cooling,as the voice coil will generaly be cooled by pumping air through the driver rear vent, but the larger more powerful magnet will mean more magnetic energy available at the voice coil gap,and thus greater efficiency, and so higher sound output for a given electrical input.

  • It actualy is true as the bigger the surface area the more the heat can be dispurced.

  • Boom lol

  • what kool sound thing at 2:11 ?

  • Bravo man. That is one mean sub. I bet that thing is a beast.

  • No you right most pa subs can only go to 30hz so yea you wouldnt play LFE really good but for loundest pa sub wud be fun lol

  • you're better off with home cinema subwoofer, cause these don't go lower than 40 hz. They are designed to play loud, not to rumble your socks of at 25 hz.

But, then again, I might be wrong, go ask a expert.

  • i wont dat sub in my home cinema system

  • ter id have both on the floor laying on ther sides with the speakers together like john said ,( one ) so that they are both on the ground . ( two ) so that no drunkk knock them over or though they wood be working hard to do that but safer on ground .

  • your fuckin amazing, thank you for all the great vids.

  • Not going against j's advice, but I would have both base of subs on the floor as the lower bass frequencies will travel through the floor and its more of what you feel. Then have the face, facing the audience. Ideally together. I used to fit car audio, and a really gd trick is to put the subs in parrallel but you needed a 'D' class amp for this as you would be halving the resistance. I dont no if you could do this on DJ kit though, probably not.

  • get this guy on tv.your that good i dont even bother watching tv i just watch your latest posts and random reviews.

    practise and enjoy.
