Thanksgiving 2009 with a La Boucherie Tur ~ Duc ~ Ken!
This year for Thanksgiving dinner we decided to enjoy something a little different.
After watching a video posted by Surfin Sapo in which he cooked up a boneless chicken stuffed with shrimp & sausage jambalaya I knew I had to try some of the fine food from La Boucherie. After watching Sapo's video I went right over to www.cajunmeats.com to have a look around and quickly decided on a few items I really wanted to try.
For Thanksgiving dinner a Tur-Duc-Ken roll stuffed with wild rice pecan stuffing from La Boucherie in Houston, TX went into the Brinkman smoker out back in the Tango Test Kitchen.
I highly recommend stopping by La Boucherie's website and checking out their food. From what I have sampled so far, it is all excellent stuff!
