How can sentencing someone to death and then make them fight it in court form maybe 10 years not be considered cruel and unusual punishment.

Every criminal should be killed immediately. Prisons are a waste of our taxes, and they are more inhumane than death penalty(you could get killed by inmates, or raped by bisexual perverts). I think that more countries should legalize death penalty.

It now cost $37 per day per inmate at the Indiana State Prision... Why should tax payers have to pay for this... look if you commit murder, then you should be put to death, thus sparring the taxpayers expense for keeping you alive

i have been in there a couple times doing repairs in the kitchen and have recognized several people from the show. its a whole different world in there. creepy at times. i have talked to some of the inmates and you would never know what they have done.

I think that most of u that wrote on here r extremely ignorant. let em rot? they r fucking ppl 2 and like that chick said, u were prolly one of them crooked cops. and some of them just made bad choices. drugs especially, r the cause of lots of men and womens prison stays. i myself was in rockville, the IN prison and my man is in ISP and we did some fucked up shit that we regret & it cost us some time, but we're not horrible ppl. ya'll need to shut the fuck up about what u dont know about!!!!!
