Introduction to The Unit

This video is an introduction to the members (cast) of Alpha Team on CBS's action drama show The Unit. Hopefully this will give first time viewers a better understanding of the show. Sorry but I left the wives out of this video and bare with me, it's my first video.

@eddzzy Like I've told many people commenting here about the spoilerage. This video was uploaded Dec 24, 2007 when The Unit was still in production in it's 3rd season. It was an introduction for what was the present... but it's now the past. Like serious guys this tv show is done and its not coming back get over it.

@mh22sas The show is yes based off delta force. Alpha is just their team name in the show. So alpha is just like 1 team in the unit (Delta force).

Why the HELL did they cancel this show?! Why is it that all the greatest shows get canceled? Friggin' pisses me off! While shows like "Desperate house wives" and those kind of bullshit shows get to live on... I feel sorry for the public opinion and their simple minds that get seduced by cheap intrigues and sex displayed on TV. It's just sad and so EXTREMELY low, it's ridicolous. Look at it like this:If you gonna watch a movie with navy seals,you wanna watch them kil bad guys and blow shit up.Your not that interest in what he does when he's not in the field. Most possibly you couldn't give a F in it.

Not to mention the hole conspiracy thing.Dunno about you but me and most people i know lost interest in the show by than.They should have stayed away from that

This is not an introduction to the unit. This is just a huge spoiler video. If I was about to watch the show and saw this before it I would be pissed. The fact that you gave away hectors death in this is a piss off. There was so much build up to that point.

@mh22sas alpha is just the name the military uses to designate the first of anything, the first sector of an area is coined alpha sector, the first floor of a building is alpha floor, the first fireteam of a unit is alpha team. The term Delta Force comes from the unit's full name, 1st Special Forces Operational Detachment- Delta, they used it as a method of cover to blend in with Green Beret units, as Special Forces groups already have Alpha Bravo and Charlie Detachments.

The wives ruined this show. But not to the point of cancellation. CBS should have just put less wife shit and more mission and team shit. I hate CBS every time I see The unit actors as shitty guest stars on a show like Hawaii 5-0 or fucking Cougar Town.
