  • There is no composer but Bach, and Richter is his prophet.

  • Why compare interpretations? Bach is Bach. This is a musical poem to our Creators Son. It's triumphal statement; Jesus successfully fulfilled his earthly mission, and is now qualified to (soon) end Satan`s current rule on earth. Yes, I understand we all have our favourite versions. But only commonality between comparison and competition,is c. Ease up derogatory comments someone's different B minor. who has shared their best efforts. Sheesh!. PS. Richter/MunichOrch 1969...wow!

  • That's fuckin beautiful!!!
