*Demi's POV*
"We dont know, Mr.Jonas." the doctor sighed.
"You HAVE to know!" Miley exclaimed.
"We dont know what the drug was. Its already out of his system, but its working on him very hard. I'm sorry, but his chances arent very well."
"The look on Nick's face could've made a murderer cry.
"Can we see him?" Miley asked.
The doctor nodded, taking the two to the dog.
"Ohmigod .. i feel so bad for him." Selena cooed.
I looked at her. "You feel bad because you like him!" i smiled.
"No, but yes." she smiled. "Did you SEE how cute he was?"
"Yes, i saw. But i have a boyfriend." i grinned.
"Who was it again?" she asked, tilting her head.
I rolled my eyes. "Taylor, you idiot!" i exclaimed.
For my best friend, she sure didnt know a lot about me.
"Right... and why do you like him?" she asked.
I smiled. "His money."
"Annnd?"
I lowered my voice to a murmur. "And his biceps.."
She grinned. "See? Not hard."
I checked my schedule.
I get off at 7:00.
What time is it? I checked the clock on my phone.
Dammit. 4:00.
*7:00*
I heard the familiar sound of a beeping car horn outside.
I smiled and groaned at the same time as i hurried to the door.
Taylor got out of his Mercedes, and ran over to me.
He kissed my lips, holding onto the sides of my face as it got more intimate.
"Tay--loor...." i moaned, pushing him away.
I giggled. "I have to lock up .. ill be right out."
I hurried inside and into the back.
I saw Elvis lying in his cage, breathing unevenly.
I looked around.
The place was empty.
I closed my eyes and concentrated.
I asked to heal Elvis and give him obedience.
He kept sleeping, but his breathing slowed, becoming even.
I smiled to myself, turning around.
I bumped into a boy's chest.
I looked up to him.
He was looking straight ahead, right over my head.
"Di-did you just see all that?" i stuttered.
He still didnt look at me. He laughed a bit. "I didnt see anything."
He had thick sunglasses on. He didnt look down at me. "I'm blind."
