  • Hi, im trying to obtain my life guard licence, so I have been told by people that on my test day that the instructor does not require me to breath, or breath biolateral. as he will expect me to swim 100 metres(4 laps) front crwal by keeping my head up straight out of the water. so does that mean my arm motion and leg motion remains the same. please reply!!!!! :)
