I heard Tenzer's is still the authoratative ascept of it, but let's not forget professor Wenten here, who explains every dance move and to me seems one of the most expressive dancers in this field!

a great book to introduce all the aspects of balinese music is called, cooincidentally, "Balinese Music" by Michael Tenzer. you can find it on amazon. in terms of the dance moves, i don't know of anything published that talks in detail about each dance movement. go to bali!
