how did you mount them

so what you have to fill the air tank every time it runs out or it wont work??

The problem is that 3 horns are sharing 1 12v solenoid. @ 120 psi, ea. horn is getting only 40psi so that's why the volume isnt there. If you seperated them and hooked up a 12v solenoid to each horn and gave them each a dedicated line from the tank, the sound level would increase quite a bit.

How many ports does ur tank have? You can get a Y splitter or whatever so you can run 2 ports into one bigger one. At last, air compressor is also a good idea.

You've got the sound but not the volume. I don't really think that'd scare anyone like a truly loud train horn. Upgrade it so you can really have some fun with it! I have two cheapo air horns on my car and they're nice and loud!

Hi! =P cheap air line never blow at 200 psi ;-) And...there is no big difference between 120 and 150. juste a more big tank... soo i'll show you how i have build my truff =) Crazy your horns ! hehe

What model are these? Are these the kongs?
Hi! Your horns are very nice! But! You need to know much. It makes around 1 year i have train horn, and i lurn much of them. You can make sound more powerful your horn. lol now they have no power ;-) Find a 5 or 10 Gallons air tank, use a complete air line of 1/2 inch..with a manuel valve(exemple:ball valve) or high flow solenoid valve. You can take a look to my train horn video. Soon i will make a new video of my train horn like they are now. Special you will see =) You absolutely need 1/2line!

ya im going to upgrade to some 1/2inch line and a 1/2inch solenoid BUT i ran out of cash... :(
i know it will be alot better because i tested it out with my shops 1/2inch air hose and it was louder... but then again that also used a 60gallon air tank and 150psi. ive only got 120psi in my small air tanks because i think any more the cheap lines will probably blow. and i need new air tanks because mine only have 3/8line i think.... :( so i need a new tank with larger ports. it will be upgraded.
