You're right, looks dont always make a hood. There could be a place that looks safer than another place, but it could be more dangerous.

but 2 say " theres no where in the east coast as aktive as anywhere in the west" is a bunch of bullshit lol. So just because Frisco, Portland or Seattle are out west..they are more "active" than a place like Baltimore or D.C. out east? bullshit. crime rate says otherwise

@somalineworleans I dont get what your talkin about new york, chicago, and richmond va have bad living houses but when it comes to richmond ca you cant mention because richmond ca has been in the top 10 dangerous city since the early 90s and the last time any of the cities listed above were on top 10 it was chicago in 2004 and that was the last time so get your facts staight! RICHMOND CA is the slums if you in the top 10 dangerous for 7 years straight!
