This has become a favorite Barrett Thanksgiving tradition. Thanks to my sister who came up with the idea. This is a great way to use any leftovers but especially Thanksgiving leftovers after three days of turkey sandwiches. Try it. Maybe it will become your new tradition too.

I said to bake it at 350 but it will work better at 450 for 15 - 20 minutes or until it's just brown.
