If the people in the communities would take responsibility for themselves and stop putting blame on their circumstances and outside people, then they can lift themselves out of their situation. But it doesn't seem like any of them have the willpower to do so--they just blame other people, like you.

"blacks and latinos get stopped more frequently" is a FAULTY STATISTIC. The reason they get stopped more often, is because STATISTICALLY (just the facts), the communities which they inhabit are more crime driven. I'm no racist, they are just the facts.
