Sonic Heroes - How to beat Special Stages easily (PC only?)

A "documentary" about the special stages being stupid. Everything is explained in the video, but, basically, gathering spheres and using the boost in special stages will lead to your demise more often than not.
Instead of speeding up, the key is trying not to be slowed down. This is important for both multiplayer and single-player stages. You just have to avoid bombs. And luckily, you can do just that by walking on the ceiling of the single-player stages. Special Stages will trouble you no more!

If you notice something weird that seems to be hacked, like the score, don't worry about it. I had the memory editor on (in order to quickly access the Special Stages) and forgot to unfreeze values. Don't worry about it.
