I-V-C-C To Locate Satelite Campus in Ottawa?

Ottawa could soon be the site of a satellite campus for I-V-C-C. The city is looking to acquire the building at 321 West Main, which Centrue Bank currently uses for its operations center. However, under a deal made between the city and bank, the city would pay 700-thousand dollars for the 12-thousand square foot building, which is appraised at over one-point-one million dollars. Making up the difference would be the bank through a charitable donation. Before Ottawa can take up Centrue on its offer, it needs to nail down an agreement with I-V-C-C, which school president Doctor Jerry Corcoran says is already in the works. While specifics arent known over how a possible deal could work, Corcoran says one option would have the school leasing the 12-thousand square-foot building.
