men of Banu Qurayza were put to death because they betrayed Muslims during Battle of the Trench

Banu Nadir were expelled after a plot to assassinate him,

@mmawer Not True You got the opposit. Some Jewish tribes who made a pact with Mohammad betrayed. So Mohammad was given no choice to deal with them since not doing anything about it would damage the people's trust in him.
