You hear about a new case every week. Severe racism exists mow only it has switched to Arab Muslims instead of blacks. @yukznfunnyz well.....lets look at the year 2012 in the USA....mired down in long term wars, terrorism, 300 bank failures in the last 3 years, a dollar back by absolutely nothing, sky rocketing; national debt, illegal drug use & epidemic of child suicides from bullying.....mexican drug cartels taking over the entire south west, ten U S states going bankrupt, the constitution being dismantled, ..........I don't know about you but i'll still take the beach party days

@inkey2 I understand your sentiments, but how can you have "fluffy fun and superficial joy" when for a number of reasons, so many people are hurting deeply inside? Bottom line is that our entire socio economic system has auto-immune disease. It used to be that if you got a good education, you could get a good job. Now, if you get a good education, you get a lousy job (if any) and a huge debt. The Reagan Revolution has now come full circle. So blame Reagan and his supporters, not today's youth.

@moosatious a new counter culture should be ignited....short well groomed hair, penny loafers, clean shaven, white socks.......a culture of fluffy fun and superficial joy where there is no words more vulgar than "gee golly, damn, your mother wears army boots, and you smell bad." They will all do the "twist" and their biggest concern would be what junior college to get into and if they look enough like Pat Boon, George Hamilton , sanda Dee or Annette Funicello
