This is an updated video demonstrating how-to configure the RTM CRM 2011 deployment with Claims based authentication and IFD access. The recording utilizing internally hosted DNS records and signed Certificates from an internal CA. The video is unable to cover purchases of third party certificates, external DNS updates or routing through firewalls as there are too many variations and the CRM Support team are unable to endorse one product over the other.
is it possible to install CRM 2011 and ADFS on same server where CRM on 443 port and adfs on any other one?

Thanks for the video, I cant tell you how many times I've watched this now trying to get IFD setup on a CRM 2011 environment. I appreciate the attention to detail. One thing I would go over though is where would want to point your external IP addresses and DNS for a real IFD scenario. Also, i'd like to point out that you'll need to fix your Email Router Configuration after setting up IFD and all the Outlook Clients as well. Cheers!

@sunseeandyou The certificate authority is a completely separate system. You should really understand the different systems involved in making this work before working on bringing them together. Technet has a lot of documentation about it.

Dear,
I have a domain with adfs and crm are on separated servers.
Could you help to tell: How can I have the certificate authority
(such as: ROOT-abc-dcservername-CA)
I believe that "CRMDC" is a server name, isnt it?
Thank you so much.
