  • The girl will quit playing if she has to staY WITH THIS BUNCH,,YOU CAN SEE SHE HAS NO DESIRE TO PLAY THIS STUFF.. uP GRADE YOUR SELF SWEETIE BEFORE IT IS TO LATE.

  • @MrLongtimegone This is just a jam session where you move from group to group & play for awhile.

  • Why does she look so arsey and absent-minded while playing banjo?

Thanks anyway, Gingermic2, for upping such cool vdo.

But the only shame is I can't see her picking closely, and it's frustrating!

  • @seohayami1 I think that's just being a teenager. lol!

  • Any info about coming to Townsend? I'd love to come this year and listen to some good music. What is the best day to come, and will Katie be there, man,I'd love to hear her play in person.

  • @fukmesillytwice Yeah, this year the spring festival is May 6-7 & the fall festival is Sept 23-24. You can google "Townsend, TN" and look at the Townsend Chamber of Commerce site then under "events". I'm sure you'd enjoy it!

  • Hey what is with that guys SIDEBOARDS LOL he looks like that dude from the the klopeks

  • there is nothing more attractive than a young woman that can play banjo as good as that!

  • @Brasov010cluj i literally laughed out loud reading your comment. good for you...

  • @gingermc2 I'm a teenager and I don't do that. :P If she's a little uninterested, just try bringing in a little bit of newer stuff. Don't abandon tradition. Respect it, and create from it anew. At least, that's my goal when I make music. That could just be how she is. XD

  • Missing west virginia right now

  • my lord! that was beautiful!

  • To all the people out there dissin' Katie for not smilin': My family LOVES to play (has for over 8 generations), we don't smile much while we're playing. We are focused on the music and the others we are playin' with. What's so great about smiling anyway? Humans are the only species to bare their teeth in a non-agressive/submissive display (aside from some domesticated canids who have learned to 'smile' by receiving a reward of some kind)

  • Katie's playing is awesome,I have seen many video's with her playing and she has her banjo skills finely honed.
