Yes, Bush made Spitzer do this! It is all Spitzer's fault.
Bush never outed a CIA agent. The person's status was well known...and her identity was easily discerned in a Who's Who entry and a call to the CIA. It was common knowledge is some circles, so no one was "outed." Joe Wilson wanted to be part of the Bush lied and people died crowd. He turned out to be an asshole.
