this is my first upload on a horse stance of gi ma sae.. tell me what you think, if there is any posture defect or i should change something.. much love :0

  • Anyone doing gi ma sae... amazing. keep it up! Actually I should say keep it low, but you know what I mean. Oh yeah, I love the hair. I lived in the caribbean and I miss the long locks!

  • Knees behind toes. Breathe outta've nose. Keep your forearms slightly bent.

    Right thumb knuckle on left pinky knuckle (you did it right).

    Your rooting was pretty good when your hands were down I was like "wow hes not even moving".

  • Just managed a 3 minute one. I can't stand up =]

  • In theory if you keep you go deeper with your legs and keep your back straight, the pain in your legs should be so intense that the chi will rise to your 'crown' chakra on your head and therefore also straighten your spine. When it is most painfull do not stop, embrace it and amplify

  • Very good! Just go deeper and try to keep your head straight
