Anyone doing gi ma sae... amazing. keep it up! Actually I should say keep it low, but you know what I mean. Oh yeah, I love the hair. I lived in the caribbean and I miss the long locks!

Knees behind toes. Breathe outta've nose. Keep your forearms slightly bent.
Right thumb knuckle on left pinky knuckle (you did it right).
Your rooting was pretty good when your hands were down I was like "wow hes not even moving".

In theory if you keep you go deeper with your legs and keep your back straight, the pain in your legs should be so intense that the chi will rise to your 'crown' chakra on your head and therefore also straighten your spine. When it is most painfull do not stop, embrace it and amplify

so whats goin on here? i have always heard of the gi ma sae but never seen it before what is the entire process suppose to be? i read some guy say visualizations much appreciated
